You will find our 2000 sq. ft. home very spacious inside and out with three private bedrooms, along with 2 queen sleeper sofas in the family room. Each TV includes DirecTV (with the Go Big channel package which includes the sports channels), Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max and Amazon Prime TV. *** New update: TVs now in each bedroom! See pictures for details. The back yard is fully private and fenced in with multiple patios and plush tropical landscaping. Ferns are everywhere with live oak hammocks, various palm trees, bird of paradise, and much more. There are chickens far into the back right of the yard, which require no work on your part, as they are all taken care of with an automatic feeding/watering system. If you choose, you can simply harvest the eggs, rinse and enjoy fresh eggs for breakfast just like on the farm. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks that will connect you directly to the nearest beaches and our famous biking trail - Pinellas Trail, which extends from one end of the county to the other - all less than 2 miles away. It's a beautiful walk or bike ride with bike rental companies nearby. Sunset Beach is less than 2 miles away with, you guessed it, amazing sunsets. There's also a volley ball net for your enjoyment along with cookout/party pavilions and playgrounds. Howard Park Beach is less than 2.5 miles away with its beautiful sand and gorgeous sunsets, nice bike/hiking trails amongst the beautiful oak tree hammocks, cookout/party pavilions and playgrounds. Of course there's the famous Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks - only 3 miles away with America's largest Greek community. Dodecanese Boulevard, "The Sponge Docks", is full of things to do, anything from dolphin watching excursions, deep sea fishing charters, boat tours to watch sponge divers pull up live sponges, and even an Aquarium. The whole street is full of restaurants and various shops, with ice cream shops and pastry shops along the way. And the authentic Greek restaurants... I must say, wonderful. After visiting and experiencing Greece myself for a summer, I personally feel Tarpon Springs does it better. Clearwater Beach and all of its glory (rated one of the top beached in the world) is only 15 miles or a 30 minute drive away with parasailing, indoor surfing at Surf Style, jet ski rental, the public Jolly Trolly transportation system, high speed boat tours, dolphin encounters. And don't forget The Clearwater Marine Aquarium. And as far as theme parks go, Busch Gardens is only a 45 minute ride, and then there's the famous theme parks (Universal / Disney / SeaWorld) which are an hour and a half away. Weeki Wachee river is less than an hour ride with it's beautifully clear freshwater spring boasting a water park with water slides, snorkeling and it's world famous mermaid shows. There are even canoe/kayak rentals available where you can coast down the crystal clear waters for 6 miles and then they conveniently pack you up and bus you back to the park. There's so much more available in the area that you will not be at a loss for things to do. Please respect our home and the neighbors. No pets or smoking allowed. 1) Please - no fires of any kind inside the house, such as smoking or candles. Smoking outside is permitted as long as you throw all cigarette butts in the trash and keep the ashes in the ash trays. 2) Do not open locked areas (master bedroom closet). 3) Clean spills immediately to prevent hardwood floor damage. 4) Do not use aluminum foil on the bottom of the stove while cooking as it will melt and bond to the bottom, causing costly damage. 5) The age requirement for the guest booking the reservation is 25 years or older. The person booking must be at the house during the reservation.

The back yard is an outdoor jungle with a chicken coop and a beautiful clear path that wraps around the house with pavers. There are no responsibilities whatsoever. The chickens are maintained with an automatic feeder that is filled between rental reservations. If the chickens are unavailable for your stay (has never happened), there would be no refunds. The in-ground swimming pool has a hot tub and a gas heater option that can be used for an additional fee to recover the cost of propane/electricity and the wear and tear of the equipment. This is collected as a security deposit up front for which you will get the remainder back after checkout based on the propane usage during your stay. Please be mindful of our neighbors as we do care for them and respect their right to a residential experience. We do hope never to have to deal with violations of sound ordinances as this can cause an eviction. Any amount of overnight guests or unapproved daytime visitors above and beyond the number paid for within the reservation will be charged a penalty of $50 per person per day. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy for your paid reservation without prior approval. Note: There are no refunds or cancellations for debris in the pool as it is the guest's responsibility to keep the pool enclosure doors closed and any debris from rain or other events from mother nature such as storms or pollen fallen during Fall season. Please verify the pool is clean upon arrival, if there are any issues we will resolve them ASAP. EV Car Charging: We require you inform us if you will be charging any vehicles or high powered equipment. There is a $10 per day charge for each day of unlimited usage during your stay. If we find there has been charging without us being informed, there will be a $50 charge per day collected from the security deposit. No pets allowed. Unfortunately, not even service animals as we have health issues that prohibited this for our own health in homes we use personally.
