Absolutely stunning property. Very private. The pool was amazing, and Jeff made the process for heating it very easy. My children enjoyed the chickens, as well as the pool and beach toys. Lots of storage. Felt like walking into a fully functional home. Overall, one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had!

This place is magical. We paddled up and down the main river and I honestly think this is the best. The access to the river is really well done. We had multiple people paddle by and tell us they liked our place. I wish! I lost track of how many manatee swam by. Our children were endlessly entertained and spent so much time outside. It was wonderful. 10/10

Wonderful host. Easy check-in, great location, and quiet neighborhood. We had such a relaxing time enjoying the saltwater pool. Very convenient to the Sponge Docks for shopping and dining. 5 stars.

We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful location. It just was a very comfortable place to stay at every level and in every way. When we come back we will look for openings here at this Airbnb for sure.

This house was absolutely perfect for our three-generation family vacation! The elevator was a send-from-heaven for grandma, making the entire home accessible and comfortable for her. We loved the location—we even saw an otter and a few manatees right from the house! Highly recommend.

This is an amazing home in the best location! We used this as a family vacation spot and there was truly something for everyone. Right on the main river with crystal clear water for swimming, lots of kayaks, an amazing patio with plenty of room and some shade, as well as a screened porch - and that's just the outside. Inside the home was spotless with plenty of space and thoughtful touches to make our stay easy. We arrived, dropped our bags, and went into vacation mode! This listing is exactly as described.

The house was very clean and well maintained. Its location was ideal, with easy access to everything we wanted to do. All in all, it was a great stay, and I’d happily book it again.

Couldn’t say enough positive things about this place as a group we had a great time. All the amenities were beautiful and clean. And all the toys were greatly used and greatly appreciated.
